2007/2008 Registration
How do you register?
Bring or Mail your registration form and fee to:
Herndon United Methodist Church
701 Bennet Street
Herndon, VA 20170
Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the Church Office
anytime between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm, Sunday through Saturday.
Registration Information:
Deadline for Registration is November 10, 2007.
Ages: Kindergarten — 6th grade boys and girls
Cost: $70 by November 10, 2007
($80 after November 10, 2007)
Uniforms are included in the registration price. Shorts may be purchased for an additional $13.
Evaluations and Sign-Ups:
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation.
They will take place at the Herndon United Methodist Church Doe Fellowship Hall as follows:
Kindergarten through 6th Grade Boys/Girls
Thursday, November 8, 2007 between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm
Kindergarten through 6th Grade Boys/Girls
Saturday, November 10, 2007 between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm
League Schedule:
Practices Begin - Saturday, December 1, 2007
First Game - Saturday, January 5, 2008
Awards Celebration - Sunday, March 9, 2008
